Hello. I’m Dr. Kattrina Roach. I am a Licensed therapist. More specifically I am someone who is honored to spark change in people’s lives and relationships.
I believe that courage starts with showing up and allowing your story to be heard. Whether you are having difficulty coping with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, recent loss, personality disorders, ending a relationship, substance abuse, marital and performance issues, life cycle changes, or career focus shifts, I would love to be a part of your personal journey to healing and integration.
I want to assist you in meeting your personal goals through discovery, collaboration and therapeutic techniques.
While my experience is varied, My approach combines client centered, trauma-focused, solution-focused, rational-emotive counseling, and cognitive behavior therapies. I enjoy working with adults, children, and couples. I trained to utilize many other treatment modalities as well dependent upon helping you meet your goals.
My hope is that you will find my therapy approach to be a safe and comfortable environment where you are able to be open, face your fears, and achieve your personal goals with support towards better health and wellness.
