Hello, my name is Kasey Odell and I am a licensed psychologist. Over the years I have worked with a wide variety of clients in terms of diversity factors and presenting concerns. In working with me, you will be respected without regard to sex, race, color, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, social class or disability. My job is to meet you exactly where you are at. I will work with you to push yourself out of your comfort zone and encourage ongoing self-reflection, as I believe these two things are the catalyst for change. My goal is to help you live the life you want and work through whatever obstacles are getting in the way. In therapy I strive to work collaboratively as I strongly believe you are the expert in your own life experiences. As your therapist, I am here to help provide insight into psychological functioning and support you through your journey to better mental health in whatever way that may be. I fully acknowledge the difficulty in asking for help and that there is often stigma associated with mental health treatment. However, I hope in our work together you will realize you are doing something positive for yourself and those around you.
