Welcome! I am licensed psychologist in California with over 27 years of experience in counseling and specialized experience in conflict resolution. The services I offer here are chat based (via live chat and messaging) and are appropriate for clients who are seeking to learn new communication and relationship skills to improve the way that they interact and problem solve with others. Please note, when I am matched with a client whose needs fall outside of my area of practice, I am ethically obligated to refer them to a different therapist so that they can receive the most appropriate treatment.

I enjoy helping individuals, couples and families learn the most effective communication skills to resolve conflicts, achieve understanding, and create solutions while maintaining healthy boundaries. I believe these are the keys to creating harmony in our lives and in our relationships. Conflicts and problems arise both within ourselves and with other people. But solutions always lie within.

I have a special interest in Compassionate Communication and believe in a client centered, solution focused approach that empowers my clients to create their best lives. I am comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life. I take a non-judgmental approach and honor my client's life choices.
