Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor for the states of Missouri, Michigan, and New Mexico. With over 25 years of experience, I have a wide scope of experience in community counseling, private practice, residential, partial hospitalization, and military settings. I am well-versed in working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. My specialties include issues associated with anxiety, depression, self-development, relationship issues, grief & loss, AD/HD, military, career, life changes, and Life Coaching.

My counseling style is respectful, empathic, genuinely caring, and interactive. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness strategies with acceptance and attachment-based therapies. I cultivate a trusting climate and work with you to create a plan that suits your own unique needs.
