I am licensed in Arizona with 27 years of professional work experience. I love to use the scientist and practitioner model of psychology that helps to look at many aspects of a person's life, in understanding where they are today - and help them make a plan to move toward a better tomorrow. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, grief and loss issues. I have worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant in Healthcare Centers, and have many years of working side by side with psychiatrists for the military and their family members.
On a personal note, I have been on a personal Spiritual journey for many years and have found that sometimes therapy can use an assist from a person's belief in some type of higher power. It can be a strength that allows a person to going beyond their current understanding.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I am honored to help people who are looking to make a change, and are willing to ask for help for themselves.
