I am licensed in Florida and New York with 19 years of experience as a psychologist. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, dissociation, anger management, and depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I also enjoy working with individuals who have ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder to help them learn how to use their strengths to overcome their limitations. During the first session we will discuss your behavioral health history and will then determine what you would like out of psychotherapy and to know whether or not your goals are being met. It takes a lot of courage to engage in psychotherapy. I am glad that you are willing to take steps to help you navigate your life more effectively, and I am honored to be able to work with you in that process.
