Deciding to start therapy is an important and extremely personal choice. I am a licensed psychologist with expertise in evidence based psychotherapy and psychological/neuropsychological assessment. I specialize in scientifically validated psychological treatments including cognitive behavior therapy, rational emotive psychotherapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. I work with adults, children, couples, and families with a focus on healing of complex psychological traumas, anxiety, depression, OCD, anger manageent, life-changes and work related issues.
