I am a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Washington with over 20 years experience. In my clinical practice I have worked with a variety of clients from many different backgrounds. I have offered support and guidance to clients dealing with issues such as: depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship and parenting problems. While I tailor my treatment approach to each individual, I often use cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients learn to function at with life stressors more effectively.
