Hello, I am a licensed psychologist for the past 22 years. My education and training includes my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Texas A&M University (College Station) and the University of Washington School of Medicine where I completed my internship. I have 20 years experience as professor, so I have expertise with young adults. I have been practicing psychology in a variety of settings conducting psychological evaluations and therapy, including: university counseling center, community center in an under-served community, outpatient behavioral health clinic, veteran mental health disability evaluations, and telehealth for the past five years. I am trained to provide therapy from several different theories and techniques. I tailor my therapy to your needs. I have experience with persons of all ages, cultural and racial backgrounds, nationalities, veterans, families, couples, as well as individuals. In therapy, I focus on emotional functioning, how family background has shaped your personality, how your relationship history has shaped your social connections, the impact of workplace stress, and improving overall health.
