About

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Florida. I also have a specialty as a sports performance psychologist, helping people lead more successful lives in sports, business and other high demand areas. I have over 22 years experience working with a variety of individuals, children, families and couples from different backgrounds presenting issues ranging from anxiety, depression, family issues and problems adjusting to stress. We begin with a solid evaluation and continue with individual sessions via phone, video or in my North Palm Beach, Florida office. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where issues, thoughts, and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I believe that beginning where the client is at in the treatment process is key to a successful and beneficial therapeutic experience. My goal is to build upon what is working in the client's life and collaborate with my clients to address the needs that they feel should be addressed in a way that they feel comfortable with.
