With over 15 years of counseling experience, I understand how difficult it may be to take that first step to enter therapy. I believe that people are capable of making life changes, sometimes needing support and guidance. Oftentimes, natural supports surround us, we are just unaware of how to tap into them.

My approach is eclectic, as I understand that each person's experiences are unique to them. Therefore, each person may respond better to a different modality of treatment. Whatever the approach, I am always client-focused as you are the expert of your life.

I've worked in various settings such as inpatient psychiatric hospitals, community clinics, and home-based/community programs. I use a strength-based perspective which promotes motivation and success. Let's work together to overcome life's barriers and help you to live your best life.
