I utilize evidence-based practices to help individuals alleviate and manage unhelpful thoughts or behaviors that get in the way of everyday life and tasks. My counseling style is warm, empathic, interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused treatment.
