Thank you for visiting my page and taking the first step during these challenging times. I am a licensed psychologist in California and Texas. My approach to therapy is eclectic and interactive; tailoring therapeutic treatment to each individual and their cultural background. I view therapy as a collaborative effort where we can work together to understand problems and conflicts, identify barriers and solutions and set up realistic goals that help bring about change. My goal is to support you during these life changes and assist you with developing the skills to be successful in your journey.

My goal as a therapist is to guide you in reconnecting with your deeper self and addressing your needs through the use of strength based therapy, solution focused techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy. Through this journey, I assist people in increasing awareness of themselves and beginning the process of healing and growth.
