Hi! I am Jennifer Ayala, a bilingual (Spanish-English) clinical psychologist in the state of California. Have you experienced an adverse or traumatic event? Is it difficult to function and deal with these experiences? I provide a safe space for you to process these experiences so you can improve your day-to-day functioning. Together we will identify unhelpful thoughts and work to restructure them to true, more helpful thoughts. I will also help you discover and develop coping skills to support your everyday functioning so you can get back to living a happy and productive life. We will work together as a team to set realistic goals and plans to meet you treatment and personal goals. Whether you experienced these adverse and traumatic experiences yesterday or 20 years ago, or are experiencing everyday stressors, I am ready to meet you and start working towards a more satisfying lifestyle.
