I am a Mental Health Clinician licensed in Florida. I bring my specialized programs to encourage personal autonomy, resilience, personal growth and self-leadership. For over 12 years, my specializations include addressing personal and professional growth, fostering self-leadership and post traumatic growth and resolution from complex trauma, early childhood development trauma and recovery that includes eating disorders, addiction, co-occurring disorders (trauma, process addictions and eating disorders). My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I believe in an integrative approach. My approach is built around establishing a mindset of self-leadership, resilience and aligning with the soul-self energy. The integrative approach tailors our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique needs so that you can heal, transform and connect to yourself as leader.
