I am licensed in Minnesota with 3 years of professional work experience. I received my Ph.D. in psychology from Tulane University and my B.A. in psychology from Yale University. I have experience in helping clients with LGBTQ+ related issues, identity, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, anxiety & depression. I believe our cultural background shapes who we are and I use a culturally-informed approach to therapy. In addition, I view therapy more as a collaboration and partnership rather than an overly directive process. My approach is eclectic, and always personalized based on your needs.
