I am licensed in the states of Colorado and Ohio with over 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life adjustment, mind-body connection, coping with acute and chronic medical/health adversity, chronic pain, executive coaching, geriatric-related life changes, and LGBTQ+ issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. After gathering from you a comprehensive history and your identified goals for therapy during our initial session, I will work with you to tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
