For 35 years, I have specialized in emotional problems, addictions, women's issues, co-dependency, and behavioral aspects of medical problems (like compliance with medical diet). I use a client-centered approach and fit the therapy to the client, based upon your own goals and standards. We may also use principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) because changing your thinking, behaviors and perceptions may be the key to feeling better.
