Hi I am Dr. Jayme Albin. I know finding the right therapist can be challenging so I will do my best to help answer questions you have about my treatment approach. My overall approach is to use evidenced based therapy strategies to help each client with symptoms, psychological struggles, relationships and behavioral changes. My focus includes using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology and EMDR. I use tools and technology such as biofeedback and Virtual Reality. These types of treatments, tools and strategies are the most effective in helping with Anxiety, depression, Phobias, traumas and building better relationship skills. In addition to being an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy I am a yoga instructor -these tools are very effective in treating anxiety, performance problems , stress/work place burnout, trauma and body image/weight problems.
