I accept clients 13 years and older but I enjoy working with many different types of clients. However, the ones that are truly interested in change and growth are the ones that seem to find their way to health the most quickly. My clients create their own goals and, hopefully, gain hope and strength to move towards achieving them. I am a UCLA trained Psychologist, who is also licensed as a certified Trauma specialist. Not only have I successfully worked with many forms of depression, anxiety and grief, I've had training in marriage & group psychology, as well. I've been awarded a certificate in Distance Therapy, and have set up a safe & secure online room for quarantine purposes. I am glad you are taking steps to grow happier and stronger.
