As a mental health professional with many years of biomedical research experience, I have a deeper understanding about the neuro-developmental mechanisms underlying trauma, addiction, and mental health disorders. I believe that our body and mind are naturally programmed to heal itself IF appropriate type of therapies are combined with genuine human compassion. Through my therapy sessions, I help individuals to heal their past traumas and negative core beliefs so they can overcome their dysfunctional thinking style, unhealthy coping habits, and other mental health challenges.
