Many of us face challenging times in our lives, which may lead us to seek out help from others. The experiences of dissatisfaction and feeling unfulfilled may bring varying degrees of pain and sense of emptiness and loss. I provide a supportive and safe space for you to learn more about yourself and create sustainable changes in your life. My style is warm, collaborative, thoughtful, and compassionate - focused on helping you feel more empowered to move successfully through such challenges. I have experience helping clients of all backgrounds manage variety of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, significant life transitions, relationship concerns, and identity exploration. I am bilingual and practice in English and Korean. I also have multiple areas of specialization, including trauma and affirmative therapy with LGBTQ+ individuals. I also provide clinical care at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and hold a faculty appointment at Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
