I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in both Illinois and Idaho. I have 5 years of experience working as a counselor.

The style of counseling I most often utilize draws from Narrative and Person Centered approaches and focuses on exploring your narrative and coming alongside you to empower you to more effectively move forward. The goal focusing on strengths and empowerment is not to ignore or gloss over challenges, but to focus on re-understanding the way that those challenges influence our experiences.

I have a very relational approach to counseling and I believe suffering and joy are both important parts of life and we should not run away from either.

With everyone I work with I do my best to develop an approach that caters specifically to them and the unique things they bring to the table.
