Hi, I’m Dr. Jackie, I am a licensed clinical social worker. I’ve been a therapist for five years and absolutely love what I do! I believe we are all in different seasons of life experiencing the glowing and growing challenges. I am here to provide education, guidance and tools to help you accomplish the goal, whichever that may be for you. I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Stress Management, increasing self-worth, incorporation of Meditation, Mind/Body Connection, Anxiety Reduction, empowerment and work/life balance.
