I am a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota with over 10 years of mental health experience. I have worked with individuals experiencing issues with trauma, depression, anxiety, anger management, relationship and familial issues. I have an extensive background working with individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illnesses, and those involved in the criminal justice system.
My goal is to ​guide you into a greater awareness and deeper healing, so that you can make the best decisions for yourself. I am passionate about helping you improve your emotional concerns as well as improving your overall mindset, so that you can understand your limitless life possibilities.
