I offer individual telehealth psychotherapy services for adults with a focus on anxiety, trauma, relationships, parenting, LGBTIA+ issues, and stress. I have specific expertise in certain disorders including OCD and ADHD. I lean on scientifically-supported treatments and am passionate about data, while also holding that science has knowingly neglected marginalized groups. I am an Elder Millennial saddened by the deep exhaustion my clients express from current life in the U.S. I can't fix that, but I'll help you thrive despite it.
