I’m a Clinical Psychologist and the director of PCP, located in Philadelphia, PA. My license number is PS019458. Therapy is a very unique space, and to be able to witness the vulnerability and the depth of conversation that are had in this space, is something I find very special and valuable, and it drives me to love this profession. My approach to psychotherapy is one that is quite flexible. I integrate different kinds of models and philosophies (psychodynamic, CBT, IFS, and ACT-based) in order to match your specific needs and personality style. I firmly believe that this way can leave more room to tailor the treatment in whatever way that feels relevant and helpful to you, and is not restricted by one particular model that must be adhered to. What is even more important than this, in my view, is building a strong therapeutic relationship between myself and the client. This is the only way to allow for a comfortable and a safe space that can be used to share deep conversations and to ultimately heal. Some of my main clinical interests are anxiety and trauma disorders, identity development, multicultural counseling, mindfulness-based meditation, and overall mental wellbeing & emotional awareness. I’m also very interested in putting the spotlight on mental health and incorporating it in everyday life, which can be done through more awareness and education.
