Gregory is a licensed clinical professional counselor who has successfully helped individuals learn how to manage their stress, decrease anxiety, improve sleep, and mood. Gregory is well-trained in using evidence based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals with their symptoms. He takes a collaborative approach in customizing treatment plans that can target and reduce the symptoms that are interfering with your life. In addition to offering assessments and therapy, Gregory is a certified Level 4 Reiki Master Teacher trained in both Usui and Holy Fire III techniques. Tracing his “Reiki lineage” directly back to Dr. Usui, Gregory has been practicing Reiki since 2011. Gregory offers evening sessions so you don’t have to worry about missing work. He accepts BCBS PPO, Cigna, Self-Pay, Sliding Scale, and Out of network Reimbursement.
