I trained from the psychodynamic perspective, but I employ multimodal approaches, including CBT and SFBT. I’ve worked in government, mental health clinics, private practice, corrections, academics, and law enforcement. I’ve treated people experiencing depression, anxiety, relational issues, worked with people considering bariatric surgery, and provided life coaching for those feeling “stuck”.
