I am Dr. Gale Kelley, a licensed Mental Health Counselor. Over the past nineteen years, I have provided individual, family, and group psychotherapy to people of all ages and backgrounds who find themselves faced with a variety of mental health concerns. From a client-centered perspective, I believe that we all possess the strengths needed to attain and maintain good mental health and well-being, which sometimes requires that we reach out to others. As a former engineer, I focus on positive outcomes resulting from our work together. I utilize a variety of evidence-based assessments that can effectively guide treatment goals and monitor progress.
