Hello and welcome to my Talkspace practice. I am here to help you achieve your goals through a supportive therapeutic relationship. I am a trained clinical and health psychologist. I provide evidence-based treatment, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and self-hypnosis, to help you cope with challenging situations. I am also trained to work with trauma in adolescents using Cue-Centered Therapy (Stanford). I am culturally sensitive, provide services in English and in Portuguese, have over twenty five years of psychotherapy experience. I look forward to working together by engaging with you.
