I am a licensed clinical psychologist who provides evidence-based approaches to help you meet your goals. As part of my general training and clinical experience, I have worked extensively with people of various ages, backgrounds, and challenges.

An important part of my practice is my aim to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment that allows for self-understanding and growth, all while applying the evidence-based therapeutic approaches specific to your needs. I work collaboratively with you to develop both an understanding of the challenges that brought you to meet with me, as well as a plan to address your specific goals.
