I am a licensed professional therapist with a Doctorate degree in Community Care and Counseling: Marriage and Family. As such, I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples heal from past or current hurts, learn new coping skills, and experience a greater quality of mental health & relationships with others.

My theoretical approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and mindfulness counseling. I specialize in relationship counseling, ministry-related stressors, depression, anxiety, & other mental health disorders.
