I am a licensed clinical Psychologist and board certified coach. I have over a decade of experience working in various settings including hospitals, agencies and private practice. I offer Life Coaching for adolescents, adults and couples facing a variety of issues including: life transitions, stress and academic performance. I have a particular expertise in helping couples make their relationship work and prevent conflict. My approach is informed from positive psychology and I integrate a range of techniques drawn from my training and experience to meet my clients specific needs. Personally, I am a wife, daughter, sister and a loving mom to two boys and an incredible dog. When not working with my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and cooking. I am passionate about learning new cultures and cuisines and each time I visit a new country, I bring home a local recipe to cook for friends and family. MY MISSION Providing a non-judgmental and supportive setting in which you feel safe to talk openly about your life's challenges is at the core of my practice.
