Whether you are looking for help for yourself or your child; whether you have a clear idea of the "problem" or only a general sense of things being "not right" or "not working"; or whether you are worried that your problems are too big or too small to bring to a therapist, I understand these concerns and want to assure you that deciding to contact a therapist is an act of empowerment. Making a connection with a therapist can be a positive step toward dealing with difficult issues and getting "unstuck." ?I am a compassionate, active listener who will help you clarify and then work toward your goals within a supportive atmosphere. I have a varied practice that includes all ages and have helped people with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, parenting, self-esteem, and relationships. I have been a licensed psychologist since 2001, first in New Jersey (until 2012), and then in California (2012-present), and now in Idaho as well. Since Covid, I have closed my physical office and am providing services through telehealth only.
