I am licensed in Wisconsin with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & parenting issues. In addition, I have worked with postpartum depression as well as trauma-related adjustment concerns.

My practice philosophy: Social isolation and loneliness are often key factors in a person’s struggle with anxiety and depression. I believe in the power of human connectedness and effective communication. I offer support, insight, and guidance to help you overcome the emotional barriers that have prevented you from having strong and healthy relationships.
