Hello- I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph. D.) in Virginia. I take a practical approach to psychology and enjoy helping people solve their problems in a realistic, manageable, and efficient way. I have been practicing for over a decade and have extensive experience working with the government and individuals with clearance. I work primarily with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, and ADHD-related difficulties. I also offer support for parenting and relationship issues.
