I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist, Health and Life Coach. I have been in practice since 1989. I helped clients from all walks of life overcome psychological, emotional, mental, physical, health, energetic, and spiritual challenges. I am dedicated to help others achieve their highest potential and make wellness a way of life.

I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults and older adults, as well as with families and couples. I am specialized in working with people with traumatic brain injury, neurological disorders, orthopedic injuries, trauma related disorder, adjustment issue, depression, anxiety disorders, spiritual health and life issues,

My approach started as a traditional clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist. As a result of my life experiences, I have developed a holistic psychological approach. Psychological problems may have different causes, including past experiences, learning, beliefs system, poor nutrition, lack of social and communication skills, toxicity, poor life style, environmental and energetic factors as well as spiritual ones. The most importance step is taking responsibility and making a commitment to healing those areas that are out balance both personally and with others. My mission is to teach holistic techniques for resolving those issues, developing a sense of empowerment, increase level of consciousness and creating the life you want. A Holistic Psychological approach can provide a guide to differentiate between Spiritual Emergency versus Mental Illness by recognizing and treating its cause.

I have a passion for the work that I do in service to others. I regard the therapeutic relationship as a sacred encounter, with the intention to provide a safe and nurturing environment to facilitate healing and to achieve a satisfactory well balanced life.
