Hi there!

I am a queer, kinky, nonbinary, polyamorous, neurodivergent licensed psychologist. I regard myself as a punk at heart, which means I have a passion for challenging the status quo and speaking out against systems of power used to oppress. This includes challenging the traditional ideas of what psychotherapy looks like. I specialize in trauma/PTSD treatment, personality disorders, sexuality and sexual concerns, ADHD, various “alternative” relationship issues (such as kinky/BDSM, polyamory, nonmonogamy), and assessment/diagnosis. My primary values as a psychologist include social justice, authenticity, warmth, integrity, and humor.

I believe in tailoring my treatment approach to meet my clients where they are and to maximize the impact of treatment. I have experience using a number of evidenced-based therapies such as CBT, CPT, ACT, DBT, PE, MI, and Humanist Psychotherapy.
