About
Forty years ago I was trained as a scientist to perform therapy in a caring and open manner. Love and work success has always been important to me, and as a therapist, I have found clients need to tell their story so we can improve both areas. There are many ways to think about problems, and we often need help to figure out the “right” problem to solve. When we are in the right life situation we have many positive social interactions — fun! And science backs this positive approach. For example, research shows lucky people are friendly, optimistic, and opportunistic. Changing our thoughts and behaviors can improve our lives. One useful trick is to change the word “need” to “prefer.” Easy to say, hard to do. I want to help you do better in life.
