**My sessions are all self-pay and I do not accept or work with any insurances** As a licensed clinical psychologist in Orange County, California, I aim to restore balance in your life by helping you to rediscover new healthy perspectives and to change unhelpful habits. I want you to benefit from new healthy coping skills so that you can learn to deal with life's challenges. I specialized in treating a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, family, and marital conflicts. I offer services to adolescents to the elderly. I offer specialized therapy for adolescents, adults, families, and individuals dealing with attention difficulties, learning differences, trauma, depression, anxiety, age-related changes, and relationship issues. There are many approaches to therapy and each approach is unique to the individual needs of the client. I provide non-intrusive collaboration between the therapist and the client to generate new perspectives on old ideas. I received my M.A. at the American School of Professional Psychology in Orange, California. Completed my Psy.D. in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Irvine, California. My predoctoral clinical training began at Saddleback College, in Mission Viejo in the Disabled Students Programs and Services conducting assessments for students with possible learning differences. I worked as a counselor for the Orange County Department of Education in the juvenile hall system providing therapy as well as Argosy’s own community mental health office. My post-doctoral internship was at Metropolitan State Hospital in Norwalk, California. Currently, I am a licensed clinical psychologist working in private practices in Orange County, California. I provide low-pressure, no nonsense therapy to address challenges appropriately and directly.
