I specialize in helping my clients manage life transitions, strengthening relationships. I am an ally to clients who identify as LGBTQ. I am also very much interested in spirituality and faith. I work to empower my clients to gain self-acceptance, independence, and courage to overcome life challenges. I value being a compassionate, empathic and engaging therapist whose approach is collaborative and supportive while challenging my clients to meet their therapeutic goals. I believe in the importance of fostering a safe, secure environment helping my clients feel comfortable sharing their vulnerabilities. I take an integrative, systemic approach to my work, addressing the complexities that arise in families of origin and other intimate relationships, in order to nurture the clients’ change and growth as an individual and within their relationships. I have over 20 years’ experience working with individuals, couples and families. I hope to create a safe space for you to connect with yourself with resilience and take the next steps toward desired areas of growth and change.
