As a clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience treating adults, families, and couples, I specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and psychotic disorders. I am widely published and an international speaker. I advocate for individuals with the stigma of mental illness. As a full professor at Midwestern University, I use cutting edge, evidence- based practices such as ACT, DBT, CBT, individual, couples and family therapy. My goal is to reduce symptoms quickly and effectively. I am one of 4 % of all psychologists who is board certified in clinical psychology (ABPP).
