I am a psychologist, licensed in California with over 40 years of experience. I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns and challenges including, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, and concerns of aging , and partner loss.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. I combine cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic therapy along with common sense and work to assist your own unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to acknowledge that you can use some help in facing your concerns. I am here to support and empower you to do so.
