Hello, I am Dennis Alvarez I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located and practicing in the State of Texas. I hold a Doctorate in Psychology and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have had the opportunity to work with adolescents, adults, couples, and veterans as they navigate through some of life’s most challenging experiences. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Often someone’s symptoms can begin to interfere with other areas of their life, including work, school, or their interpersonal relationships As a therapist, I seek to empower my clients to work towards their goals while providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I strive to help you understand the problems that are affecting your life and will work with you to find meaningful and effective solutions.
