I am a family and marriage counselor licensed in Nevada and Arizona with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns and my therapeutic experience includes working with individuals with relationship issues, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, and much more. I specialize in working with abused, neglected, and/or abandoned women. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My therapeutic approach involves teamwork with my client to provide a trusting relationship, where goals and hope for the future result. This holistic approach recognizes the worth of each individual and healing for first the spirit, then mind and body. Therapy is a joint effort, which cannot be successful without your hard work, energy, honesty and courage. I will partner with you to improve your quality of life as thinking impacts every cell of the body: spiritual, physical, and emotional health. Fortunately, YOU control your thoughts.
