I have provided therapeutic support for anxiety, panic, chronic stress, and identity exploration for college students and adults in a variety of settings over the past 15 years, and I've held the Florida LMHC credential since 2010. Most recently I worked with non-traditional adult college students at a local large university experiencing transfer shock while pursuing a college degree. My treatment is trauma-informed and my approach to treating anxiety fosters personal development by incorporating your narrative that explores both strengths and limitations. I have a graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling from Rollins College, and a PhD in Sociology from the University of Central Florida.

My background also includes working with adults pursuing professional development and my method re-evaluates values, interests, personality, and skills. Through guided therapeutic sessions, my clients will explore both triumphs and adversities that will help with the navigation process of reinventing a personal and professional path. I am certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and I specialize in career and professional development. It will be my pleasure to work with you.
