About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Doctor of Behavioral Health. I have 35 years of experience in counseling with individuals, children, families, veterans and groups of various cultures and background. I have worked in all settings providing counseling to those who are seeking help with depression, anxiety, Substance abuse and addiction, stress, communication issues, chronic pain, trauma conditions of all areas - military combat, sexual abuse, physical and mental abuse, and grief and loss. I have been certified in alcohol and drug counseling (CAADC) for 25 years. Over the past 5 years I have expanded skills and experience working with medical teams implementing the integrated behavioral health and primary care approach to patient care.

My training and approach to therapy is patient-centered on the individual's goals for change, and focused of healing the whole person - body, mind and spirit. Healing and recovery is possible and available for anyone who will take the 1st step for help.
