I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Tennessee with over 25 years of professional experience. I am committed to helping my clients lead fuller, more satisfying lives by examining and restructuring the habits of mind and behavior that contribute to their distress. Emotional distress comes in many different forms, but for only a few basic reasons. I use proven cognitive-behavioral approaches to help my clients tackle those common causes of their misery. With all due respect to Tolstoy, unhappy people are all alike; every happy person is happy in his or her own way.
