My specialty interests include healthy relationships, stress management, emotional well-being, addictions, and utilizing mindfulness practices for healthy living. I have a passion for helping individuals grow through life's challenges and learning to create ways of living a meaningful and fulfilling life. My additional professional interests include sport psychology and healthy spirituality.

I have worked in many settings including hospitals, private practice, and community mental health centers. I also have training in marriage and family therapy. At this time, I cannot accommodate International clients.
